Paul Dillenburg

Paul is a coach and consultant with Calibra.

He is responsible for overseeing all services and products related to 360 degree feedback, organizational culture, and team assessments. Paul brings a strong service-oriented approach to his work with clients in the areas of leadership development, talent management, team dynamics and coaching. Paul has brought his consulting and analysis skills to varied clients including: H.J. Heinz, Toyota, Easter Seals, Publix Supermarkets, and Citrix. Paul has coached leaders within small and large organizations, within a variety of industries including: insurance, automotive, construction, and utilities.

Paul holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. He is a Internationally Certified Coach and is a Certified Practitioner of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). Paul is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP), and the American Psychological Association (APA).
